DEBRIS EDITOR
In order to specify the “debris” application related input, the user opens the *.debris-file via the debris editor shown in the following figure.
The debris editor contains three pages:
Debris
Analysis parameters (for the “geometrical
analysis” of a spacecraft model)
Ground test
Damage equation test
Non-geometrical analysis
Randomly tumbling or fixed plate analysis
The debris main page specifies the parameters for the geometrical analysis. The Ground Test is an effective way to test and visualise the damage equations. The non-geometrical analysis allows a very fast guess of the expected flux values on a specific orbit.
